1. PURPOSE
MINCANA GLOBAL, S.L., operating under the SOMNIA brand (hereinafter “SOMNIA” or “the provider”), is the owner of the website https://somnia.es. This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website and is supplemented by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
The website provides information about SOMNIA and its services for the management and development of tourist accommodation, as well as informative content and contact channels. Certain links may lead to accommodation websites, social networks or external booking engines.
2. TERMS OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE WEBSITE
2.1. Nature of access
Access to the general information on the website is free of charge, without prejudice to the connection costs borne by the user. The contracting of services or bookings, where applicable, shall be governed by the specific applicable terms, outside this Legal Notice.
2.2. User registration and contracting
At present, somnia.es does not have a general user registration system or a documented e-commerce system of its own. Should accounts, online contracting or new features be added in the future, the legal texts must be updated before they go live.
2.3. Accuracy of information
Users undertake to provide truthful, up-to-date information about themselves when using the contact form. They must not submit third-party data without a legitimate basis, nor particularly sensitive information that is not necessary for the enquiry.
2.4. Minors
The website is not specifically aimed at minors. The contact form is intended for adults interested in SOMNIA's services. Children under the age of 14 must not provide personal data without the involvement of the person holding parental authority or guardianship.
2.5. Obligation to make proper use of the website

The presence of an accommodation on somnia.es does not, in itself, mean that SOMNIA owns that establishment's own website or is responsible for all the processing carried out by the owning company. Each external website, form or booking process must identify its own data controller in accordance with its actual ownership and operations.

Personal data collected through somnia.es will be processed in accordance with the GDPR (RGPD), the LOPDGDD and the site's Privacy Policy. The channel for exercising data protection rights is our email address.
