We began working together in 2023 and created a tailor-made project to reorganise and restructure their model. As a result, we achieved a significant increase in turnover.

A century-old family house that has placed its full trust in SOMNIA. Since 2023 its income has grown because we created a project for them that optimised their system.

Our shared story began in 2016 and every year it has established itself as one of the most highly recommended rural tourism properties. An experience that has also had an impact on profits.

With SOMNIA, and after just one year of management, income rose considerably. This country estate is also one of the highest rated by the guests who have stayed there.

In the year of COVID and lockdown, the SOMNIA team managed to turn the numbers around, so that 2021 achieved excellent figures, making it the best year in the property's history.

Set in the dreamlike spot between the Santuari de Sant Salvador and the Castell de Santueri, since 2021 we have improved its figures year after year, increasing bookings and income.

From 2017 until now we have built a bond between SOMNIA and its guests, achieving a record growth in turnover for what is one of the favourites in Palma.
